Graham Freakes



Graham Freakes has spent his career in high tech, innovative engineering and manufacturing industries. Starting with optics and microwaves, he has worked with many varied and different technologies to bring novel products to market. He spent 10 years in the automotive sector project managing new product development and broadening his management experience within one of the toughest market sectors.

Not all his innovation has been technical – armed with the lean toolkit he transformed a Tier 1 business and used these tools again on a highly successful, high growth programme focused on growing SMEs in Northwest England. A mature leader and engineering manufacturing champion, Graham has also worked with other businesses to get them investment ready at each stage of their development.
