Case Study: Business Coaching

Growth coaching of a chemical products manufacturer in Cumbria. For a number of years, the company was achieving flat annual sales below £500k whilst some competitors were achieving 2-3 times more for similar products.

With scope for significant growth, we worked with the company in several areas with the main one being sales coaching of one of the Directors. Whilst his training and experience in sales had been almost non-existent, we recognised that the Director did have some of the attributes needed and these were utilised. Furthermore, the concept of key account management was introduced and this enabled the Director to flourish in the role. The impact was excellent with sales more than doubling within nine months and a platform established for sustainable growth of the business.
